Emma Glickberg, Director of Customized Employment

Emma is a dedicated advocate who is committed to promoting inclusivity and expanding post-graduation outcomes for individuals with disabilities. 

During her time at UC, Emma worked within the Advancement and Transition Services in various capacities, including being an Academic Coach, Life Skills Teaching Assistant, Study Tables Coordinator, Learning Community Coordinator, and a Student Teacher. She also served as the Special Events Program Director within the Programs and Activities Council for two years. While continuing to make her mark on campus, she also founded UC Adaptive, an organization with a mission to promote inclusivity in the fashion community for individuals with disabilities.

After graduation, Emma continued working with transition-aged individuals and designed an innovative curriculum that allowed NKY Pre-ETS to expand to four times what it was prior.

Her passion and dedication to promoting inclusivity have been the driving force behind her work, and she remains committed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Emma holds a degree in Mild-Moderate and Moderate-Severe Special Education from the University of Cincinnati.
